At Beauty Bootcamp for Girls (BB4G), we’ve always believed that beauty is about more than hair, skincare, or nails—it’s about confidence, creativity, leadership, and purpose.

As we prepare to celebrate our 5th year of programming, we are proud to continue creating spaces where girls can learn valuable skills while discovering who they are and who they can become. What started as a vision to empower young girls through beauty education has grown into a community built on mentorship, encouragement, and opportunity.

Each year, we meet girls with different stories, personalities, and dreams. Some arrive shy and unsure of themselves. Others come excited but searching for direction. Through hands-on learning, teamwork, and positive mentorship, we watch them transform. They begin to speak with confidence, express themselves creatively, and take pride in their work.

At BB4G, campers learn practical skills in natural hair care, skincare, nails, and beauty business fundamentals, but the lessons go beyond beauty. We teach communication, professionalism, self-care, entrepreneurship, and resilience. Our goal is to prepare girls not only for future careers, but for life.

This summer, we are especially excited to welcome both returning and new campers into a program designed to inspire growth, connection, and creativity. From hands-on workshops to our live camper showcase, every moment is intentionally created to help girls feel seen, supported, and empowered.

We also recognize the importance of representation. Many of our girls are learning from women who look like them, understand their experiences, and have turned their passions into successful careers. That visibility matters. It reminds our campers that their goals are possible.

As we continue growing, our mission remains the same: to pour into the next generation of young women and create opportunities that uplift families and communities.

Thank you to every parent, supporter, mentor, volunteer, and camper who has been part of this journey. BB4G is more than a program—it’s a movement rooted in empowerment, sisterhood, and purpose.

And we’re just getting started.
